The Rotary Badge Shield Star Dinner is about the power of collaboration. With support from your organization the Rotary Clubs of Saskatoon, along with the Saskatoon Police Services, Saskatoon Fire Department, Air Ambulance and Medavie Health Services West are committed to celebrating the unique contributions made by the men and women of these services. Your involvement will allow the Rotary Clubs of Saskatoon to continue to support the Restorative Action Program (RAP), a unique and successful restorative justice program currently operating in high schools throughout Saskatoon.
Join us for the Annual Rotary Badge Shield Star Dinner, taking place on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon. This yearʼs dinner will feature a keynote address by Kyla Thomson, renowned for her impactful presence (with 6 million TikTok followers) as one half of the dynamic Bella Brave mother-daughter duo. She will be bringing her wealth of experience as a medical mother and educator sharing her inspiring story about her medical journey with her daughter, Bella and how the support she has received from first responders and the entire world has fostered an environment of resilience, personal growth and the challenge to be brave.
The event will be MC'd by Tonya Gresty-First, the female superintendent for the Saskatoon Police Service.
Doors open at 5pm!
Tickets are $150, with all dinner proceeds to be donated to RAP.
